Can reward points expire?
Caseology Reward points will expire on a rolling basis if you have not made a purchase within the last 2 years (24 months). Your points will remain as long as you have made a purchase within the last 24 months. We will notify you through email 14 days (2 weeks) before your points expire so you know to keep them alive!
