How do I start the return process?

Please follow these instructions for returns:

1. Access our Returns page by clicking HERE and entering your order number and email address associated with the order.

2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item. (Plus Members must choose "Plus Member" as the reason for return in order to take advantage of free returns)

3. Select the shipping method for the return. Caseology Rewards Plus Members should receive the shipping label via email in 1-2 business days, pending approval. All other customers who have chosen the pre-paid shipping label method should be able to access the pre-paid shipping label right away through the Returns Dashboard. An email containing the shipping label should have also been sent (may have been sorted into your Spam folder).

4. Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:

5. You should receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.
